By Peter Dejong, Orlando Sentinel Sports WriterThe Anaheim Ducks acquired veteran defenseman Nick DeWey in a three-team deal with the Arizona Coyotes and Anaheim Ducks.
DeWey, 31, is coming off a two-year stint with the Dallas Stars, where he scored 37 goals and collected 45 assists in 138 games.
In his two seasons with Dallas, he tallied 63 goals and 145 assists in 178 games.
The Ducks acquired the defenseman in a two, three-way trade with the Coyotes and Coyotes in the offseason.
DeWeyl has appeared in four games with the Ducks this season.
DeWitt was acquired from the Carolina Hurricanes in a five-player trade with Los Angeles and Tampa Bay in March.
DeWitt scored 22 goals and added 44 assists in 85 games with Carolina in 2016-17.
DeWilders center Matt Cooke, 23, signed a two year, entry-level contract with the Colorado Avalanche on Tuesday.
The right winger, 23 years old, played in 76 games with Colorado in 2017-18.
He tallied seven goals and 11 assists for 14 points in 82 games.
