A father of a toddler who disappeared from a Florida beach in February says he has not been able to tell his children or his wife of the boy’s disappearance, and said he is frustrated that no one has been arrested in the case.
Pamela Janssen said she and her husband, Randy, have searched for the missing boy since the day he went missing, and that they’ve made it their mission to find him.
“I don.t.t know if we can do it anymore,” she said.
The couple has been searching for the boy since Feb. 11, when their daughter, Brittany, went missing from her father’s Pompano Beach home.
Brittany vanished from her home at about 10 p.m. on Feb. 10.
It is not clear how long the couple has searched for their missing son, but Jansner said she is hopeful that the family will eventually find him alive.
In a video from a local television station, Janssens son, Brandon, said he believes he was abducted from the beach.
He also told the station that Brittany disappeared without him knowing.
Janssen has been trying to get her son back since the last time they spoke, but he has said he cannot understand why her husband has not contacted authorities.
According to police, the family believes the boy is either a juvenile, who has yet to be interviewed, or an adult who may be in need of help.
